Creating a 501(c)(3) -- A Step-by-step Guide
This updated guide gives a straightforward, step-by-step approach to applying for nonprofit tax-exempt status. It will help community leadership determine whether applying for 501(c)(3) nonprofit status would be beneficial for the organization. Current sample application forms, along with specific suggestions on appropriate responses, are included.
