AECI helps companies identify advantages of doing business in rural areas

Associated Electric Cooperative's economic development department is dedicated to supporting member systems in their efforts to help businesses expand or relocate to rural Missouri, southeast Iowa or northeast Oklahoma.

Business locations throughout the AECI service territory offer a wide variety of benefits, such as competitively priced, reliable energy; an extensive transportation system; access to productive labor; and a low cost of living, which translate into a lower cost of doing business. AECI's existing industrial base has chosen the nonmetro area because of the substantial cost benefits.

AECI's experienced staff is prepared to provide customized property descriptions, business climate and labor statistics or other assistance on a confidential basis to help meet your project requirements.
