Associated Electric Cooperative Inc. recognized employees for their years of service during the wholesale power supplier's annual employee Excel awards ceremony April 14 at its New Madrid Power Plant in southeast Missouri.
At its New Madrid Power Plant, five employees are celebrating 30 years of service with the cooperative, which is owned by and provides wholesale power to six regional and 51 local electric cooperative systems in Missouri, northeast Oklahoma and southeast Iowa. Marking three decades are Lynn D. Atchley, shift supervisor; Dennis R. Bailey, material handling supervisor; John T. Fourthman, material handling supervisor; Ronnie W. Sandage, maintenance superintendent; and Harold G. Williams, journeyman machinist/mechanic.
Power plant employees marking 25 years of service with AECI are Kerry L. Harris, assistant materials management supervisor; Terry G. Lee, journeyman instrumentation technician specialist; Rusty A. Rice, principal environmental coordinator; and Alice Swilley, safety coordinator.
