He is the first employee to mark this milestone, having joined the cooperative in 1968 as a utility operator, just seven years after AECI was formed to provide wholesale power to six regional cooperatives and 51 local distribution cooperatives.
Kenny Tillman, electronic technician supervisor, marks 35 years with Associated Electric Cooperative this year.
Marking 30 years of service with Associated are Laura Banfi, user support analyst; Richard Burlison, controller; Shirl Combs, office assistant II; Janie Corn, executive assistant; Sam Law, principal planning engineer; and Jana Woodall, manager of employee benefits.
Celebrating 25 years of service with Associated Electric Cooperative Inc. are Duane Highley, director of Power Production; Randy Stewart, supervisor of financial information systems; and Dave Stump, director of Human Resources.
