Peregrine falcons to fledge from New Madrid Power Plant

Associated Electric Cooperative Inc. is now home to four young peregrine falcons - nature's fastest fliers. AECI is participating in the restoration of the falcon along the Mississippi River and banded four chicks June 9 at its New Madrid Power Plant in southeast Missouri. AECI helping to restore nature's fastest flier - the peregrine falcon

Associated Electric Cooperative Inc. is participating in the restoration of the peregrine falcon - nature's fastest flier - and will be banding four chicks at its New Madrid Power Plant in southeast Missouri. The Missouri Department of Conservation will assist with the bandig, which is set for 10 a.m. June 9 at the power plant in the St. Jude Industrial Park.
