Associated Electric Cooperative Inc. requires insurance coverage for any vendor or contractor performing work on our premises as follows:

Associated Electric Cooperative Inc. shall be named as an additional insured on the general liability policy. The certificate shall state that sixty (60) days advance written notice of cancellation or policy change will be given Associated Electric Cooperative Inc. AECI requires a certificate of these coverages prior to the issuance of a purchase order for or performance of any on-site work.
