At Associated, our employees are the mojo behind our mission to provide affordable, reliable electricity and support services to the six member systems that own Associated. Those six G&Ts then send the power we generate down the line to 51 local co-ops serving some 935,000 homes, farms and businesses in Missouri, southeast Iowa and northeast Oklahoma.
Those members count on their rural electric cooperatives to deliver electricity 24/7 -- and they succeed with the power from Associated.
Every one of our employees plays a part in meeting our mission. About 700 employees at four main locations serve with their talent, skills and expertise across a wide spectrum of technical, operational and professional disciplines.

Associated participates in Naional Rural Electric Cooperative Association’s national “Vets Power Us” campaign. This program provides Associated and other participating cooperatives resources to help with veteran recruitment efforts and offers veterans information about career opportunities with electric cooperatives.
